The combination of mango and coconut yogurt give this breakfast a creamy, fruity flavour.

100g jumbo rolled oats
200ml semi-skimmed milk
4 heaped tbsp. coconut yogurt (I used Rachel’s organic)
320g mix of kiwi, mango, nectarine, pomegranate seeds
2tbsp. chopped almonds
Divide the oats, milk and yogurt between two bowls stir, pop in the fridge and leave overnight.
In the morning add your chopped fruit and sprinkle over the chopped almonds.
