strawberry shortcake overnight oats

A healthier taste of dessert at breakfast time.

Serves 2

2 of your 10 a day

Ingredients

100g jumbo rolled oats

60g raisins

400ml semi-skimmed milk

160g chopped strawberries

40g honey, oat and raisin granola (mine was from Waitrose)

2tbsp. flaked almonds

Divide the oats, raisins and milk between two bowls, stir and leave in the fridge overnight.

The following morning Add the chopped strawberries and sprinkle over the granola and flaked almonds.
