The jam in these oats helps to bring all of the flavours together.
2 of your 10 a day
100g jumbo rolled oats
200ml semi-skimmed milk
4 heaped tbsp. Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. forest fruit jam (I used homemade)
320g mix of fresh blackberries, cherries, raspberries and blueberries
Sprinkling of sunflower and pumpkin seeds
Divide the oats, milk, yogurt and jam between two bowls. Stir and leave in the fridge overnight.
The next morning add the fruit and seeds, and a little extra jam if you want and enjoy.
