bircher style overnight oats

A more traditional and less sweet start to your morning.

Serves 2

2 of your 10 a day

Ingredients

100g jumbo rolled oats

2 eating apples, grated

200ml semi-skimmed milk

4 heaped tbsp. Greek yogurt

60g raisins

4 dried figs, chopped

1 tbsp. smooth almond butter

Sprinkling of pumpkin and sunflower seeds

Divide the oats, grated apples, milk, yogurt and raisins between 2 bowls and stir together. Leave in the fridge overnight.

The following morning add the chopped figs, seeds and the almond butter and enjoy.
