This bowl tastes just like a regular berry and banana smoothie drink.

100g jumbo rolled oats
300ml semi-skimmed milk
2 large bananas, mashed
1 tbsp. chia seeds
160g strawberries, raspberries and blueberries
A drizzle of honey
Divide the oats, milk, bananas and chia seeds between two bowls, stir and leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning add the remaining fruit and a drizzle of honey.
