100g rolled oats (I use jumbo oats)
1 heaped tbsp. chia seeds
450ml semi-skimmed milk
2 tsp. sunflower seeds
2 tsp. pumpkin seeds
2 bananas, mashed
2 pears cut into bite-sized chunks
The night before divide the oats, milk and seeds into 2 bowls, stir the ingredients so the milk covers the oats and place in the fridge.
The following morning remove the bowls from the fridge and prepare the banana and pear. Add the banana to the bowls and stir until mixed through. Add the pear to the top of the oats and enjoy.
